When we say we'll do something, we owe it to ourselves, and the person to whom we made that promise, to follow through to the best of our abilities. It is imperative that we learn to be direct and carefully select only what we can accomplish. It's not fair to anyone, including ourselves, when we don't honor our commitments. We cannot lead a gracious life when we are not living with integrity.
